A 20% payment is required to book your spot and the full amount must be prepaid before the start of the course. If your booking is made less than 1 week before the course, the entire amount will have to be paid.

If for some reason you can not participate 2 weeks prior to the start date of the training, then all the deposit will be refunded. If the notice is given less than 2 weeks before the start of the course, the deposit is not refunded. In all cases the amount can be transferred to a future course. 

If for any reason we can not proceed with the training, you will receive a notice as soon as possible. You will have the option of transferring the amount to another course (if the amount is higher, you will have to pay the difference, if it is smaller we will refund the difference) or you can request a refund of the entire amount.
